We want you to be happy with our service and resources.

However in the event that you are not satisfied, please refer to our refund policy in how refunds are handled.

Please review all product information carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product or service, please contact us by email prior to making your purchase. Additional sections such as download agreements and contracts further clarify important aspects of the Terms & Conditions, including how refunds are handled for specific circumstances.

All sales of digital downloads on the CMT Studio LLC website are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason. By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, exchange, or credit for any reason whatsoever. CMT Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

If a refund is issued by CMT Studio LLC for any other product or service, it will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary depending on the product or service purchased. Refunds may be granted for services that have been purchased but have not yet been started, and for consultations that are canceled at least 6 hours in advance. Any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Purchase of digital downloads

Due to the nature of the product, all sales of digital downloads on the CMT Studio LLC website are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason. By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, exchange, or credit for any reason whatsoever.

Consultations

We understand that things can happen unexpectedly. So if you need to cancel a consultation we ask that you kindly do that 24 hours in advance. Consultations canceled before 6 hours of the appointment time will receive a full refund. Consultations canceled within 6 hours of the appointment time will not be refunded. However, you can email us to reschedule at a later date. There are no refunds or rescheduling credits allowed for no-shows. Clients who are 15 minutes late are considered to be a no-show.

Projects

Refunds may be granted for services that have been purchased but have not yet been started. For projects that have been started, you will be refunded for the portion of uncompleted work based on the service agreement. For services that were discounted or sold as a package, refunds will be in accordance with the service agreement. Discounts received may be forfeited in these cases.
