Do you only work with fashion brands?

When it comes to product development our speciality is fashion brands. We currently do not do product development for beauty products. However, for branding and marketing services, we work with fashion, accessories, beauty, and lifestyle brands.

Which fashion categories do you help with for product development?

Regarding helping clients with product development, we specialize in contemporary women’s and men’s swimwear, resort wear, activewear, athleisure, and specific accessories. We do not do denim, bridal, sweaters, footwear, or jewelry.

How much does your services cost?

All of our services are bespoke and tailored to each brand’s needs. Pricing for our services is calculated based on the scope of work that we will send in a proposal with details. You can schedule a discovery call to see if we are a good fit for your project.

Do you work with clients worldwide?

Yes, we work with clients worldwide. Our team is located all over the world but we are predominantly based in Miami, Florida. Please note that our mill and production connections are also worldwide - mostly in the U.S.A., Europe, South America, and Asia.

What is your refund policy?

Please review all product information carefully before making a purchase. All sales of digital downloads on the CMT Studio LLC website are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason. By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, exchange, or credit for any reason whatsoever. Refunds may be granted for services that have been purchased but have not yet been started. There are no refunds for consultations that are canceled within 6 hours of the appointment time. However, clients can reschedule for a later date. There are no refunds or rescheduling allowed for no-shows. Clients who do not attend the appointment within 15 minutes are considered to be no-shows.

CMT Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

If a refund is issued by CMT Studio LLC for any other product or service, it will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary depending on the product or service purchased. Any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
