8. Refunds

All sales of digital downloads on the CMT Studio LLC website are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason. By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, exchange, or credit for any reason whatsoever. CMT Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be fraudulent or unauthorized.

If a refund is issued by CMT Studio LLC for any other product or service, it will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary depending on the product or service purchased. Refunds may be granted for services that have been purchased but have not yet been started, and for consultations that are canceled at least 6 hours in advance. There are no refunds for consultations that are a no-show or are canceled within 6 hours of the appointment time. Any refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
